Good to see the announcement that they meet VTL compliance ratio of 1.25. Now they are one step closer to giving out dividend.

Also, with this VTL ratio, their vessels valuation will be closer to market market Smile

Finally with the management changed some time back, we are seeing FSL revival. Looking forward to receiving distributions again...

Worth the wait.

It will be another hit for all the shipping trust when interest rate hikes, I think it is not easy to "fully recover".

Down but still not out. Share price took a tumble to the 0.12x range before recovering to 0.13x on the news of their boat contract with a major US domestic oil company (Chevron? ExxonMobil?)

Did not take a look at this for quite some time, and realize that it had now traded at the range of 15.x cts. Any idea on the reason?

Share buy backs could be the reason coupled with recent contract wins ?

1) Co. recently won a contract with major US oil company
2) They are not exposed to the dry bulk shipping market much, as stated in their annual report.
3) Co. demonstrates financial prudence in time of volatility and low oil price by not giving out dividends and doing share buybacks, even though their loan covenant was relaxed, and they can theoretically give out dividends.
4) Recent bull run effect
