They valued PCRT at 0.70 but people are selling at 0.555 ?

PCRT = St James X 0.5242

If anyone want to play safe then the fair value of St James will then be the considerations.

BTW there is no EGM at PCRT side. PCRT can only take or reject the offer.

Only EGM at St James. Which is confirmed passed as there are
irrevoccable undertaking given by substantial shareholders holding >50.1% to approve this deal,
So it is done deal.

Is it a Ordinary Resolution or Special Resolution? It should be a Special Resolution base on changes in the proposal, IMO.

Previous swap price of St James is at $1.176 compared to revised this morning at $1.3553. Whereas the value of PCRT is previously at $0.70, after revising the factor to 0.524, they deem PCRT at $0.7102. In this way, PCRT shareholders are swapping at a much higher price than before..

Secondly, you don't know what their main motive and game plan is for the folks above. Much discount to be given for this risk..

Correction:

PCRT = St James X 50 X 0.5242

So PCRT =1.834 ?

That's true. but think again.. St James after share conso - $0.07 x 50k = $3.50

PCRT = $1.834 vs St James = $3.50 ?? Arbitrage?

looking at past RTO: globalinvscom, yingli, smsummit. Only Ordinary Resolutions approval level is needed.
