can't believe waterwoods is selling steadily..just a steady stream of water running through the forested woods. this project is so near to TPE expressway and nowhere near the nearby river. maybe there is something that attracts the buyers..hmm

There are pros and cons living in a flat that has nice sea view. Go and ask your friend (if you have one living there). i mean MP's HDB flats with unobstructed view of the sea.
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

i have a few relatives staying within walking distance of my current location. If i move to punggol ec, (i stay in the yishun khatib area), then it become quite inconvenient for my mum to stay in close contact with her brothers and sisters so...
