Alright, to actually value this company well, i guess using the NAV would be the best. Can i ask, do you all know how much of the revenues from the 2 projects are collected alrdy?

It is difficult to tell as of the latest quarterly results as the company does not provide a detailed breakdown for their trade and other payables. The latest disclosed amount will be in their 2013 annual report. It shows $246,850,000 total.

Thanks Clement. May I know how much revenue are they supposed to collect from the sales of the 2 properties? DO you have any idea?

well, not sure if the kateks are still active but the last time they short it down to about 64 cents. they still have some of my shares. so if we don't let them go to 64 cents, then they cannot exit without a loss.

how can they be prepared? if they try to cover shorts it will push up the price. If they dun cover and we squeeze it will push up the price. so just depends on if anyone wants to squeeze.

most of all i dun believe any kateks read this "boring" value investment forum.

What if they short further?

even then it shld not affect BlueKelah? because he is not buying on margin and has holding power haha.
