Special one time dividend of 2.5c. But otherwise, the 5c is in line with the 20% dividend policy.

No one talking about this company? The fundamentals seems good?

2012 dividend yield of 8%! Even without the special div of 2.5c, it's still a respectable 5+%.

Doesn't seem to have any red flags in the reports.

Maybe becoz it is trading above nav already which may not seem like much of undervalued on this forum Big Grin

the dividend yield looks pretty attractive, however like what bluekelah pointed out.. since its trading above nav there may be no or little margin of safety.
