Current Share price = 28.5 cents
Cash level = 9.7 cents.
Share price (excluding Cash) = 18.8 cents - intrinsic market value

Projection 1 yr later
Cash = 25.4 cents
breakdown
a. 9.7 cents
b. Net Operating CF (before capex & dividend) = $40m or 9 cents
c. Remaining portion of SAH = 29.4 mil, assuming no "special deal" happening, 6.7 cents

Add cash to intrinsic market value = 44.2 cents.....

Does it work this way? Smile

Tien Wah, 54% owned by New Toyo, is making an all time high of RM 2.22 as of yesterday...

Is it becoming the target of a take-over? And by who? (Amcor?)

New Toyo has yet to show any sign of movement ...Smile

Any special dividend (if any) is already priced into the current market price of 28 cents (as of 27 March 2013).

e.g. if a special dividend of 6 cents is declared, share price should not move upwards to 34 cents. Instead, at the ex-dividend date, the share price will adjust downwards by 6 cents to 22 cents.

Comments pls?

With Tien Wah hitting an all-time high, and very strong prospect of BIG special dividend from New Toyo, think there is going to be a mad scramble for New Toyo shares from next week onwards....

Hope they dont trip over each other...

sala - remaining nta = 0.22 cents but already earmarked to meet all sort of expenses at SAH

Basically, they are flagging the shell for RTO - you can have it for a song so long as you have a plan.

No need to be so excited as money is yours for a start - frankly the directors should be questioned for dragging their feet and collect free money for doing nothing to add values to SAH suffering shareholders.
