The proposed total $0.02/share Final + Special dividends, after approval in the AGM scheduled for 30Jan13, should be paid out around mid-Feb. Based on the last done share price of $0.345 this afternoon, the coming dividends carry a yield of 5.8% p.a.; bearing in mind the dividends would be paid soon within approx. 30 days, the actual effective yield is higher at approx. 6.1% p.a.

I wonder how much more would Mr Market price up Nam Lee in the coming weeks, bearing in mind that based on the latest (as at 30Sep12) NAV of $0.472/share, the counter appears remaining under-priced by quite a big margin.
