Very solid set of Q3 results, way beyond my expectations. Close to $5mil recorded (equity owners) for Q3.
Cash level up substantially...

New Toyo's loan has been substantially pared down!

if New Toyo is trying to find good excuse NOT to pay out super fat dividend, they had better think of better reasons to FOOL investors.

When SAH fully pares down, New Toyo should not have issue paying out more than 12 cents per share, easily and no sweat Smile

well, if I am company, i will try taking it private on the cheap. Why should I share the wealth with the minority shareholders...?

keep the share price depressed and buy it out at way below NAV.

Are those who bought at 29 cents few weeks ago silly, now that price has dropped to 25- 26 cents?

I would think that those speculators who bought at 29 cents a few weeks ago have over-estimated that there would be a fat dividend, but now are really disappointed! The directors are keeping the fat SAH dividends for their own pockets, and not distributing to minority shareholders!

Well, a lot of people did not realize that the net indebtedness of New Toyo has dropped to ZERO, 9mth into 2012. So technically, New Toyo at the group level is entirely debt free as of now. And there is still $29mil from SAH to come.

In 2011 AR, the equivalent figure was $47.44 mil.

So, the Yen family cannot fool investors by saying that they need to pare down their debt with SAH dividend. utter rubbish

Not sure how come they said the account final bottomline profit drop a 70% due to exchange?

I think they just want the market to believe New Toyo is managed badly to take it private. SGX rules still apply so long as they dont make losses?

Very disappointed by management and major shldrs are not being fair on the issue of Shanghai Asia distribution or even when the stake will be returned. Every other qtr they are going to say the same thing - still looking for investment.

What s the point of investing in a Co. that is not transparent over this issue!!

are u refering to the comprehensive income section?
normally, investors dont pay much attention to that as the loss from FX arose from accounting translation adjustment - not from real operations

the key is still the Consolidated income statement (equity holders).
