After reviewing sing holdings again, i regretted to not loading up on it at sub 35 cents just 2-3 months ago. It is going to have a wonderful story in the next few quarters, i m hoping that i will fall to the 35-38 cents range when i can pick up more of it

well you can average up some more if you have spare cash.....i am look at Aspial and thinking.....for fun sake my guess is that Sing Holdings might hit 50 cents sooner than Aspial.......

by the way Aspial is way overvalued so not a recommendation to buy.

Sell Aspial and Buy Sing Holdings? Big Grin

haha i dont think sing can hit 50 cents sooner than aspial. Sing is a slow tortoise with dementia, hopefully it can crawl back to 35-38cents first, let me hop on it, then turn back to 41, haha

Does anyone have any update info on the potential upward adjustment of the plot ratio for the Robin Drive/Robin Road project, which is located very close to the Stevens MRT Station alone Thomson Line to be constructed? I suppose Sing Holdings must make an announcement if there is indeed an upward adjustment of the plot ratio being awarded by URA.

Even if there is, Boss Lee will not apply for increase in higher quantum of GFA since the DC rates are so high.
