surprised to see it dropped to 0.765 today close. I was wondering why my 2nd tranche of shares were sold off at 0.775 today..hmm..
against e inflation killer, i think their big cash horde is better putting with lumiere capital?
Unlocking shareholder value, I think companies like St****** will be doing a better job....
While I agree that jopie Ong remuneration is disproportionately high, I don't think mangt has to do anything special to "unlock shareholder value"
I don't mind if there are no special dividends as well
As long as they make sound business investments.
As the net asset keeps increasing, eventually share price will too, even if it is at a discount.
Like I said, there should be a big deal this yr, failing which I will be worried
Otherwise, I'd still hold on to my shares.

ya didnt expect it to rise to 0.785 at last close...maybe they secured some big contract in china?
Lived in Shanghai for 3 years. Metro Shanghai is always crowded on weekends.
But Metro Beijing is a lot less successful. Good that they sold it off.
It is a lot more difficult to identify nice assets for sales now unless some of the companies with nice assets are struggling.

Lots of opportunities. People are hungry and hardworking plus
a booming middle class.
It is the first stocks which I bought.
Will keep it for the time being.
