do you notice EC Mall is 98.6% occupied. Good time to sell 31% EC Mall to extract value for shareholders in 2013, better than collecting rentals. By the way, next year would be a good opportunity to buy some good Malls in Greece, for half the price of last year.

I beg to differ. I think Metro has improved A LOT and its still a very undervalued gem. One of the top performers in my portfolio.
