Quek Leng Chan resumes his open market purchase after a long absence:

Can put to rest any dreams of Guoco Group taking it private for the time being. Nevertheless, its a signal that G Leisure is undervalued.

However, unless there is any concrete steps taken to unlock the value - G Leisure will remain undervalue for a long time coming (classic value trap)...

Based on sgx filing, Quek accumulated 3.339m shares from 31 Aug to 2 Nov 11 with price ranging between 0.58742 to 0.62. Looks like he could well be in the market to soak up the ongoing selling by Marathon.

In AR of 2012, Chairman said the Molokai property Ltd. had employed a new CEO to revive the project, is embarking on a 4-pronged stetegy to creat value, So this property will not be sold ?
Add value for sale or no sale at all.
