I went to ask around but dont recall any private banks out there offering to do an accumulator or issue Equity Linked notes for Guocoleisure.

Oil price going up due to more quantitative easing ahead. Could this bring in more royalties for Guocoleisure?

You should be wondering if BoE will expand their QE to 1trillion pounds to boost the economy and ramp up commercial real estate prices.

You should be wondering if BoE will expand their QE to 1trillion pounds to boost the economy and ramp up commercial real estate prices.

Until value is unlocked, the increase in value of the property does not mean much. Unless the increase in value makes it a more compelling case for some value unlocking action by QLC.

Just a matter of time many will sell away the fair or overvalued stocks and shift their funds to the undervalued counters, GL is one of them.

Should take off any time from now because BBs have accumulated quite a lot already.
