Firstly you cannot withdraw your GO. You will be sued till your pants drop. You can only ammend the offer after the offer closes or you can improve on the offer.

My gut feel is that the fund mgrs is squeezing them for a few cents more. IIRC Value partners was an investor but not sure now. Another 5 cents more would be sweet. $1.20, a pipe dream. The mgt are a bunch of pretty savvy negotiators.
announcement out. Error in the convertible bond price calculation. the rest no change.
If I accept the offer, roughly how long does it take for the money to get to my account? (Assuming that things go smoothly)
The first analyst report, after the GO? The success of GO, is important to the management, thus it might be room for a higher offered price.  Big Grin Let's see...

the brokers whole day says "accept the Offer" one...

Maybe because if the offer failed, the stock will be so illiquid that they wont cover it anyway...hahah

gzbkel, 7 working days can get back $$$ once your acceptance form reaches CDP or via your brokers nominees.  Sala info. Coz this is a CONDITIONAL OFFER
I don't understand.  Why would anyone be selling at $1.005 (or any price lower than $1.02) now?
Hey opmi, thanks for the info!
Assuming that the letter takes 21 days to arrive, it will take a total of 1 month to get paid. That's faster than I thought.

I assume once I accept the letter, I am stuck at getting 1.02, even if the offer is revised upwards?
If that's the case, I think it's better to wait rather than to accept immediately.

the Offer letter will come with the Offer Document. will receive quite fast. within 14 days of annc.

if you accept the offer (vs selling), you will 'enjoy' the higher offer by the same Offeror (if any).
If you do nothing, will you still hold on to the scripts or once they have majority, the remaining shareholders who did nothing automatically get paid?

WAIT... forgot that this is a CONDITIONAL offer. Conditional Offer upon 90% acceptance. Sorry.

No payment until they hit 90% or they themselves declared it UNCONDITIONAL. Pai seh.
