HK$9m CB converted - about 1.72m new shares.
Since 2 April, about 18.25m shares been listed as a result of conversion, representing 2.5% increased on last FY's paid up and issued share capital.
Outstanding CBs represent another 203.9m new shares to be issued.

Outstanding CBs represent another 197.027m new shares to be issued.
Given that CBs conversion are ongoing with the CBs being deep in the money, a systematic conversion will
i) enhance liquidity of CM Pac that may lead to potential inclusion in some indices soon;
ii) create a systematic overhang that will be systematic digested by potential investors looking for high quality cashflow ideas that focussed on the vast China infrastructure sector;
iii) slow elimination of the overhang as a result of declining outstanding CBs
CM Pac will be annoucing 1H14 earnings tomorrow evening... the interim dividends declared will be a good positive signal on the management's intention for the full year.
As CM Pac declared a surprise 7 cents dividends for FY13. ideally, management should even out the seasonal impact by declaring a 3.5 cent interim payout.

Numbers should look good today with the NZ property gain realize this quarter.
Core earning hopefully beilun traffic won't drop too much.

Why NZ Property will gain on this quarter? I thought NZ Properties had already disposed late last year, and if there is a gain, it should already in FY 2013.
