GKB is made of 3 k1 substantial shareholders.
K1 reported a strong Q1 performance thanks to the listing of K12. Receipt
of 426,846 common shares of K12, Inc. valued at approximately $19.7 million.

No dividend announced for Q1 as usual but probably on track of distributing another 1 ct in Q2....Big Grin


2014 Q1 Result
mkt price for K12 is USD 17.90.

k1 stake is about SGD 9.55m now.

k1 may not sell now. Anyway, 0.5 to 1 cents dividend possible.

HK IPO market quite hot. Hopefully, CGA can list at good valuation early next year.

China Grand Automotive Services Co., in which U.S.-based private-equity firm TPG Capital has a stake, is planning to raise $500 million to $800 million in a Hong Kong initial public offering in the second quarter at the earliest, people with a direct knowledge of the deal said Monday.

Hopefully K1 can unlock its investment in CGA at a good price....
No div in Q2, Mr market showed his temper....
Mr Market is expecting a div meh??? k1 did not sell anything also...
