I am still loading more though lesser since my news said it will soon hit 0.26. Good luck to opportunistic investing.

You gave two advices in June, one for K1 Ventures, and the other for KOP.

K1 Ventures is right, but KOP is wrong, so the probability is the same as flipping a coin Big Grin

I think it should be tip... Because advices usually need substantiation Smile

But is a tippee more hazardous than an advisor? Big Grin

NAV $0.12, are there really hidden assets still?

Ignorant
GG
In this case, NAV is pretty irrelevant as the company books its equity investments at cost less capital repayment received. This is contrary to most private equity firms. They would typically use an estimated valuations for their investments based on operational matrics. Very disappointing that there is no final dividend as the company is sitting on 4 cents cash per share and the board has promised to return cash to shareholders as they exit investments.
When got money and don't pay out. See if GKB 'choot pattern' again.
tomorrow many will "dump" their holdings, esp those that had been "pohhing" for the final dividend. But fret not guys, to be fair, they paid out a juicy 5 cents in End May 2014. So this drought kinda will separate the winners from the losers.

Anyway, means we can buy on the cheap. Plus there is still 2 remaining catalysts, the CGA and our $100m Guggenheim fund. But i suspect there are strong odds we MIGHT potentially go sub 20 cents tomorrow. The reconsolidation exercise begins tomorrow, so continue to watch this space bro..

Vested : ))
Looking at their cash flow, disposal of subsi was 153.5m while dividends paid was 151.6m

They could have paid out more from their outstanding 70.6m cash but... Pretty hard to say they withheld the investment proceeds post the GO fiasco
K1 not invested in a Guggenheim fund, but invested in Guggenheim Capital itself.

Must ask during AGM why they never pay dividends from remaining funds for Helm sale.
