Spamming? No.
It is always good to buy at a discount. Guthrie and many other counters are trading at a discount to their book value. These are worth your analysis. Always do your own check before investing.

Thank you for sharing. Finally, I understand the reason for the price rise and volume surge.
The management is buying. Good. This implies the management is confident of its company future and reinforces the idea that it is undervalued.
Guys I am comparing Guthrie with LKH, any insight on their 1st quarter results?
Revenue increased but profit dropped, will growth continue on this counter?
LKH seems much more attractive from its lower PE, higher yield and higher growth (higher ROE and sustainable growth rate) year on year.
Guthrie seems to be dragged down quite a bit every quarter by their leisure and engineering divisions.
On the plus side its NAV increased again to 101 cents per share, also Adora Green going to TOP in the 2H 2013, so that is another thing we can look forward to. Are there any other hidden value of Guthrie that I am missing?

Maybe a REIT listing.....
If REIT related, Lee Kim Tah should halt also....they own 50% of Jurong Pt each....
My gut feel is that it will be a GO given that the NTA(not RNAV) is about $1.00. Too cheap to resist by major SH. if the GO is not close to $1, I am not letting go. Not likely to be a REIT but cannot rule out as they build their Indonesian portfolio.
