Hmm...they delist, gave a low exit offer, and if you don't accept you can't force them to buy you out even if they crossed 90%.

Cktang case one was interesting. They used a llp not governed by company act?
Acceptance level : 88.34% (9 Sept 2013)
With 88.34% in their pockets, I think to get >90% in coming days will not be a problem.
