EMAS Offshore offers shares for dual listing in Singapore
Oslo-listed firm offering about 48.6 million shares at S$1.21 each

EMAS Offshore, which is linked to Ezra Holdings and known formerly as EOC Ltd, has launched its public offering of shares for a secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange mainboard.
For the dual listing, the Oslo-listed offshore support, accommodation and offshore production services firm is offering 48.585 million new shares at S$1.21 each to raise estimated net proceeds of S$53.8 million. The offering, which represents about 11 per cent of EMAS' enlarged post-offering share capital of 439.7 million shares, closes at noon on Thursday. Trading is expected to start on Oct 8.
The offering consists of a public tranche of 9.085 million shares and a placement tranche of 39.5 million shares.
"We are pleased to have come to this stage where we will be the first company to dual-list in Norway and Singapore to raise funds," said Lee Kian Soo, EMAS' executive chairman.
