K1 Dividends not recurring one.
But I don't mind other people overpay for div yield.
After CAG, KUH and GUGG will take a long time to divest.

For GUGG, K1 needs to wait until 2017 for conversion or opt out.

For KUH, this should be the final trump card of K1, anything can happen...

Cool

So put it this way, it is likely K1 would remain listed/in the furore/"tahan" till at least 2017 - to fully reap the fruits from the Gugg investments, which in part, is only redeemable post June 2017. Actually, from the AR2013, I only just realised that there has been some disclosure over the dividends from Gugg by K1. (i.e: you always can glean new info from the AR when u know what you are looking for).

"The Group has received approximately US$13.3 million of scheduled dividends [from Guggenheim] since June 2011. In addition, in June 2013 the Group received a supplemental special distribution of approximately US$1.5 million related to the Preferred Units" <-- plagarised from pg 22 of K1's 2013 report.

Most investors in K1 would naturally be concerned over investing in a stock with law of "diminishing returns". But the perspective is clear that - even Como Holdings (owned by our "generous OBS") and DMG continues to put money in their mouth by putting money into K1 ventures. So some food for thought, as 22 May (XD date) draws ever closer.. LOL. Happy May for all folks! ((:

It sound like a broker calling for order. You are newbie to our forum. You started with two posts in similar style. This type of posts might be commonly used in other forum, but are undesirable in this forum.

Please take note. I will monitor your future posts

EQUITIES: China Grand Auto gets HK IPO approval

http://www.ifrasia.com/equities-china-gr...75.article

Extract from the other article:

"Meanwhile, auto dealer China Grand Automotive Services Co. got listing approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange earlier this week for its plans to raise about US$1 billion in an IPO, a person familiar with the situation said.
However, the Shanghai-based company, in which U.S.-based private-equity firm TPG Capital has a stake, is taking a wait-and-see approach to market sentiment and won't start gauging investors' interest immediately, the person said."

HK IPOs got season one. When the season (a series of >25% 1st day gains) come, CAG IPO can be launched very fast.
