The new condominium replacing the former Vista Park at Buona Vista Road area, near to the One-North and Science Park area, is tentatively called Kent Ridge Hill Residences.  The name is not finalised yet, so it could still change.  This project sits at the foot of Kent Ridge Park that rises uphill behind it, so lots and lots of greenery.  Developer is Oxley Holdings.

Kent Ridge Hill Residences will be a low-rise 5-storey high development, about 8 to 9 minutes walk from Pasir Panjang MRT station.  It will likely comprise a mix of 525 apartments and 68 strata landed houses.  This is a low density zone, with a big site of close to 320,000 sq ft, so there will be plenty of space for landscaping and pools, and enough facilities to gladden the hearts of most kids, and hopefully lure them from their mobile devices!

The location of the Kent Ridge Hill Residences is within the Pasir Panjang area, off the west coast of Singapore.  This area is due for rejuvenation and transformation as part of the Greater Southern Waterfront City under the URA Masterplan.  But even without that, this Kent Ridge Hill condo is already close to a number of research hubs and business parks.  Plans have not been finalised as to when the Kent Ridge Hill condo showflat will open for viewing.  Still awaiting news from the developer Oxley Holdings on that, but it will likely have to be after the Mayfair Gardens launch, as that is next on Oxley's list of launches.

Latest Update on Kent Ridge Hill Residences: the launch is likely to take place in October 2018.  Or possibly November.

Total number of units is 548, comprising 498 apartments and 50 strata houses, with a choice of either 4 or 5 bedrooms.  The apartments will range from one bedroom to 3 bedroom units, with 4 and 5 bedroom penthouses (basically the top floor units, with the 2nd storey at the eaves level).

The artists' perspectives are out, and it does look really nice.  Lots of greenery, especially the living green backdrop of Kent Ridge Hill behind.
