Some other facts about the Addition condo.  Location is pretty convenient, and it has got a brand name boy's school next door and plenty of shops and food joints around it.  Main drawback is that the land area for the Addition condo site is rather small.  It can probably only house around 20 to 25 apartments, so don't expect many facilities.  It's fine if you don't need a big pool or gym, and can do away with the 101 facilities that seems the drawing point nowadays with many new launches.

The main advantage that Addition condo has over the others around like Tre Ver and Park Colonial, is that this one is freehold.  So for those looking for freehold developments, the nearest competitor will be Jui Residences.   No information yet on when the Addition condo showflat will open or any other details, including pricing.  But Oxley does tend to price at slightly below competitor launches, which would make the Addition worth looking at, especially as it is so close to Potong Pasir MRT station.
