Which SIAS is tend to do.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

SIAS should hold the dialogue /after/ the advice of the IFA and the recommendation of the Independent Board Committee on the Offer is announced.
