Qingmei reached an ail time low... the trading pattern suggests that the company might bite the dust..

my guess is that it might just keep dropping to around 3 cents...

ZERO gearing, more than $500mil solid cash (or more than 12 cents per share!!) in its book and the earnest "superheros" in the factories just could not allay investors' fear..

shouldnt the company just delist so that the "superheros" can have a good rest at home...

hahaha Smile

Then, that is pretty interesting.
Why do you show so much interest in something that you are not vested(long or short)?
I suppose you are not vested in Chinese Essence too.
And, most of the times, there isn't any engaging discussion.
I am just puzzling since I see a non-popular counter discussion keeps coming up but no engaging discussion nor any interest by most members. It is just like seeing a non-popular song in the top ten billboard and I feel like kaypo-ing.

This is the type of company that should do a little share-buy-back.

To tell the whole world it is very cheap, and has plentiful cash.

However, it is still up to the auditors to verify its assets.Undecided

Well to me qingmei is the archtypical s-chip that screams fraud. Huge cash pile, no debt, but no dividend (ok its fine if your reinvestment is great), massive margin out of a commodity. Its own share buyback will be the best use of cash if the a/cs are real, and being insiders they should know?

Happy to be proven wrong of course. The s-chip that is Not a fraud will be a massive value buy.

(vested some in china minzhong, dukang, sinograndness... Yes im mad perhaps).

A no of friends and I are betting that it is a fraud... How should we play this counter to gain?

i was told that u can't short a penny stock. is it true? how can this counter be played then?

One key concern about shorting a potential fraud. If I remember correctly, in any case if the stock is suspended due to fraud issues, you still have to incur the borrowing fee.

Qingmei dropped again ..think it might just drop below 5 cents...the auditors might have uncovered something interesting on the SUPERHEROs...haha
