Tat Hong has positive net current assets while TW has -ve. If financial institutions decide not to extend credit to TW, I think it can either issue rights or go bust. Wow I didnt know TW trading historical low PB. Maybe thats one of the reason?

Not vested in both but always keeping a lookout for stocks trading at extreme low PB.

check out state-owned zoomlion listed in hk (1157.hk). Q4 has turned into profit. But not sure whether sustainable. Stock price has crashed 85% from 2011 yr high.

trades at 0.34 pbv
market cap: hkd 32bln

I am starting to collect small stake in zoomlion. Hopefully this company can emerge a winner when the sector consolidates. It is also entering the agricultural sector, and starting to export farm equipments.

Note: not vested in tiongwoon.
