Anyone look at PSL? trading below cash levels. Think they sold off some biz and just bought a new one. New one comes with profit guarantee. Lol. Anyone has experience with companies that 'guarantee' profit?

Ps. Can moderator create a new topic for PSL? Dunno how to do that.

ZZF thanks for highlighting this stock, always excited when companies have a pile of cash.

However with a quick glance, they have had a rights issue followed by stock spilt followed by another rights issue.

Dividend history spotty at best.

And currently a new Indonesian SSH with the purchase of the Indo company PT Momentum Indonesia -  principally engaged in the provision of tug and barge freight logistics and owns its own fleet of tug and barge vessels not sure if their business is good, but in the current bad shipping industry where rates are rock bottom not sure if they will be making money, if any at all...

Currently some revenue from their business but loss making overall.

Looks like it has already become a shell company and more like becoming an RTO from the Indons.

Looks like the end of my interest/excitement in this company.

The company just announced an annual loss of $38.3M (mostly due to impairment loss of $37.2M resulting from their acquisition of 49% Indo business). They also had share placement around $0.3825 last October for 7.73M shares.
