We apologised for such late notice as this is an emergency maintenance.

Please be advised , the following maintenance window has been scheduled for 24th October 2015.

Location of Event: California EV1

Maintained Equipment:  power distribution circuits

Impact: Severe, your services are offline during the maintenance window.

Description: Recent power feed failure events took down several full cabinets. We have investigated these events and have concluded that we have to replace power distribution circuits below the cabinets to prevent the risk of further unscheduled downtime. We will take this opportunity to upgrade several top of rack switches and rearrange the network.

Best practice and procedures will be employed throughout this event and we would like to ensure that all relevant customers are aware of the activity.
