RE: Nippecraft
There will be a cash exit offer. The question is how much ?

Nippercraft reminds its shareholders that the trading in the company’s securities will continue until 5.05 pm on 9 May 2017 and that trading will remain suspended from 9 am on 11 May 2017 until completion of the cash exit offer to shareholders.

Hi Cyclone, as of about 4PM. The company managed to get the suspension waived. No more cash exit offer/delisting. It will most likely be an RTO. And let's not forget that this company has links to Asia Pulp and Paper and Sinarmas Group ultimately. They will like just inject assets into this company to keep it alive.

RE: Nippecraft
SGX offered an extension of watchlist but added requirements to protect minority shareholders. A minor and pleasant surprise. Nonetheless, I think the company will likely to go ahead with an injection of new business rather than delisting the company.
