Wow they recycling the dot com pattern Smile No creativity

Funny why they keep saying Big4 instead of naming the audit firm
Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give. –William A. Ward

If this stock has so much upside and trustable, I will just dump my entire net worth inside. LOL! Even at 35cts, it is 55% upside. Well, just imagine YuuZoo signs more agreement, and using their scalable model, the sky's the limit. Will anyone believe this?

NEW EDISON INVESTMENT RESEARCH REPORT ON YUUZOO SEES SIGNIFICANT UPSIDE ON SHARE PRICE, PUTS FAIR VALUE AT UP TO 1.83S$ IN VIEW OF NEW SIGNED AGREEMENTS

Based on the 4 scenarios, Edison sees fair value for the share at 81 cents in the mid-case growth scenario, at 1.25 S$ in the rapid growth scenario, and at 35 cents in the slow growth scenario. With a 10% WACC, Edison puts the fair value of the share at 1.83 S$ in the rapid growth scenario.

Closing near the day's high at such high volumes bodes well for this counter.

What's happened in such a short time to turn the tide?
1. CEO buying up company shares (albeit only about 100 lots).
2. Analyst (Edison) putting their reputation on the line by putting up high target price valuations
3. Reasonably good quarterly financial report.
4. Perhaps some short covering. There are still a lot of shortists I'm sure who are holding onto borrowed shares.

They are timing their new deals almost on a fortnightly basis.
The next action that may add monetum to the stock price is (speculative):
1. when they declare dividends however small.
2. list in Hong Kong to be closer to their target market of greater China.
3. Win a really huge deal.

If bought last Friday, the downside risk is 29.5 cents (in a worst case scenario). Upside potential is anyone's guess. But many must have bought it at higher prices.
I think this counter must have given many of its long-suffering investors sleepless nights. Hopefully the roller coaster ride will taper a bit or take off on an upward trajectory.

A Listed Company announcing a 'Buy Research Report' of its own entity made by another Research Company? Hmm, something fishy here.... if someone got to know that a company is really worth that much, don't think that anyone will want to let the cat out of the bag by making a public announcement. Can this be another 'Gems TV' saga in the making??? A pump and dump scenario in the making???...... IMHO, BETTER TO STRONGLY STAY OUT FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL TIME FROM NOW.......... Anyway, such type of business model are likely non-substainable in longer term......Confused

First time I've seen a listed Company issuing a press release stating a sell-side research report's methodology and giving a lengthy summary of the assumptions behind the DCF and SOTP models.

I think narcissism may be an appropriate word for it; either that or the intention is to cause a "positive re-rating" in the share price so that the Company can raise capital through a secondary offering. Whatever the case, it's the first time I've seen something like this, and it's indeed an eye-opener. Tongue
