This property group has been very aggressive and rather successful in their ventures. Who is behind this group ?
Is this company related to the Japanese Chinese Mr. Sun who bought the 3-stars hotel at Victoria street ( Former Hongkong Hotel ) and ever half owned a office complex with Hong Leong Group at Bras Basah road before ?

I don’t look to jump over 7-foot bars: I look around for 1-foot bars that I can step over.

Heard it is funded by a big local interior decor company. Tried ti search but to no avail.
