Ha! Ha!
When i read it for the first time, i can't help laughing.
Sorry for doing so.
i am too simple minded to try to understand at one go.
Ha! Ha!
Humans can really be as complicated as they want to.
WB:-

1) Rule # 1, do not lose money.
2) Rule # 2, refer to # 1.
3) Not until you can manage your emotions, you can manage your money.

Truism of Investments.
A) Buying a security is buying RISK not Return
B) You can control RISK (to a certain level, hopefully only.) But definitely not the outcome of the Return.

NB:-
My signature is meant for psychoing myself. No offence to anyone. i am trying not to lose money unnecessary anymore.

Hi T,
Actually, you should not just read his quote.
Stare and observe the picture.
It's actually a map.
Do you notice what's the different between this map and "normal" map?

This guy is really a thinker and inventor!

I was lucky to know him/his work 10 years ago (read&owned his book).

I benefited a lot from his teaching.

Indeed health is wealth. Problem is the value of that is exponentially proportionate to age. 年少不养身, 老来养医生

My contribution is this parable that I remember well

And I’ll say to myself, “You have plenty of grain laid up for many years. Take life easy; eat, drink and be merry.”’
“But God said to him, ‘You fool! This very night your life will be demanded from you.

I can forecast business trends and valuations, but I cannot know if I will be on MH370

Ghandi's seven sins:
Wealth without work
Pleasure without conscience
Knowledge without character
Commerce without morality
Science without humility
Worship without sacrifice
Politics without principle
Before you speak, listen. Before you write, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you invest, investigate. Before you criticize, wait. Before you pray, forgive. Before you quit, try. Before you retire, save. Before you die, give. –William A. Ward

indeed one of the very last people a person will meet before he/she dies will be the doctor.

"All the wealth that was heaped up never knowing whose it will finally be" - the doctor will quite certainly get a very nice chunk of it.
