Interesting to note Amundi starting to increase its stake after paring it below 5% last year.

OCBC wrote a report on the latest disposal which should yield $21 million cash.

CSE made an announcement earlier and all proceeds will be allocated as future working capital.

Don't think the sale of eBworx will prove to be any form of catalyst. More important for CSE to gradually realise its record high order book.

Anybody attending the AGM next week? I should be going.

Amundi increased its stakes - 188,000 shares probably at the range of 81 - 84c - representing a range of [$152K, $157K]

Amundi reduced their stakes again.. they are seriously confusing the markets and as for myself, I will be discounting their actions from now on.

Probably suspecting that they are trying to build up capital.

I just noticed it too but there is no cause for worry. In fact, I actually buy more today. I have spoken to the chariman of CSE Global and he has also said that he does not know what is Amundi doing. I suspect that they are probably just diverting the funds for other counters.

Hi Some-one,

I was there too during the discussion at the refreshment area. Yep, but it will be interesting to see how the markets will react. Given that there wasn't a sharp jump when Amundi bought back, I doubt there will be too much of a reaction - probably a range between 80c & 82c.

at today's close of .805c, still a little to expensive for me to average up. It is trading at P/E 7.92x of FY2010 EPS (which I believe they can safely revert back) but still a little high though it is close to its -1 SD P/E of 7.62x

I would suggest to wait until Q1 results are out before averaging down. The outlook statement in the full year results announcement mentioned about "slow start" to the year.

As expected, market is being jittery and pessimistic.

CSE being sold down to 78.5c after Amundi selling down news. Averaging down opportunity is near.

No good news come with cheap price. I think 1H FY2012 will be the discomfort period if one wants to purchase CSE cheap.

Will be writing on CSE's substantial stakeholders (CAM & Amundi - their estimated unit cost) and also my view from the recent AGM - most likely after my exams.

Possibly waiting for 1Q result to be released by 11 May first before making a buy decision.
