Developers must also submit residents' feedback to URA before approval is given for work to start

Scope: GLS tender since Oct 2013
Affected: residents within 100m radius of site
Why? To inform residents on possible disruptions

mr chiaclc, has rivertrees residences been launched? saw the shapes/forms of that location..indeed interesting, it takes the shape same as the bend of the river.

Rivertrees launch helped by demand for smaller units - ST by Melissa Tan
