Even ard $500 and above, chances you may not get a season lot within the same building you are working at.
Mostly reserved for senior management.

Parking for an entire day(say golden shoe car park) non season, can burn around $50.
To be fair, parking in most cities is expensive. Singapore's CBD can be considered one of the
cheaper places to park. (without factoring ERP).

What is ridiculous are the car prices, not the parking fees.
And we got no one else to blame, it's us who are willing to pay for a $130K toyota corolla.

OFC has a new seven storey building . 6 storey are for car park ,222 lots , so far only half taken up , so not so true about shortage of parking lot there. Can check it out with the management.

Any suggestion to persuade GOV to listen to suggestions ?

Cut out the middleman like kopitiam and property investors. The interest expenses and rental yield
And capital gains are fed back into CPI via stalls rentals

Get real cooperatives (not fake profit maximization one) to compete
against market players. Like what Fairprice did in its early years. Before
it loses its social objectives.

Agree.
Let's see how this not-for-profit scheme can lower the rental.

The first one is in Bukit Panjang HC will be managed by NTUC.
