Likely to be in the west. Coz the Msian HSR stops are all on the western side.

unless Msia wants to cut from muar to pasir gudang then reach
Changi airport.

It would not be very constructive if a visitor takes 45min by highspeed rail to travel to Boon Lay and then having to spend another 1hr to travel to Changi Airport.

Batu pahat (not muar) to pasir gudang. Johor just get a free
pan-state HSR at 50% disc ( SG paying half) hahha.
