Nice little earner for Hwa Hong. Current share price @ or near book value that is based on historical costs. Including surplus which was indicated in annual report, the RNAV is closer to $0.50.

A DISPOSAL gain helped to push Hwa Hong Corporation's bottom line 73.7 per cent higher to S$3.9 million for the third quarter ended Sept 30, 2014. This comparison takes into account the group's S$23,000 loss from a discontinued operation in the third quarter of 2013.

ONG KAY ENG had been increasing his stakes since Sept this year. Think he will con't to do so. FY results will be announced in Jan 2015.
