At current price of 4.45 this counter has an unbelievable P/BV of just 0.12 and a dividend yield of 9% (previous dividends were lower though).
It also shows an incredible P/E of 0.56 but that's due to real estate revaluation so is obviously unsustainable.
I think it's worth a chip for the outstanding undervaluation to NAV.
