Each time a loaf of house brand bread is purchased from NTUC FairPrice over the next two weeks, the supermarket chain will donate S$9 to the NTUC U Care Fund to help low-income families.

It'd be good if they could expand this initiative to allow customers to donate the breads purchased, very much like what McDonald's did with the meals during their recent promotions when everyone was going just for the toys.... In that case, we can buy 50-100 loaves so that NTUC will donate $450-$900...Big Grin

I will be good that the money go directly to the old folk home...rather than NUTC U Care fund, still within their control.

Anyway, still better then nothing lar...

Gardenia is under QAF? House brand (not Household) are those under their own name ie. FairPrice in this case, eg.

To play safe, check with the staff there if you really have the intention to do a good deed.
