Not very sure the question, but let me try
SingNet My Communicator is web mail, which using browser to access email account. It is not a separate email account
I assume the question is how to receive SingNet email from a email client apps. You may need to configure the email client with the following info. Detail steps please refer to the email client app help. Hope it helps
Local Connection Settings (When you are in Singapore)
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server:
pop.singnet.com.sg
(apply to all users including mbox users)
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:
mail.singnet.com.sg
Global Roaming Connection (When you are Overseas)
Incoming Mail (POP3) Server:
pop.singnet.com.sg
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:
mail.singnet.com.sg

Do you mean you want to download emails from Singnet - My Communicator to your new computer ?
If it is, then you have to install email client, e.g. thunderbird, claws mail, etc.
Then you have to configure Server Information for Server for receiving and SMTP. My setting for gmail.
Change the settings as CityFarmer said.

PS : I have never used My Communicator, but since it is a webmail, the procedure to download emails to computers should be the same with other webmails.

Thanks Cityfarmer and Cyclone for your advices.
What I meant was I used to click a icon ( Something like window mail ) and I received my mail into my xxxxx@singnet.com.sg account. Thus programme has in/sent/deleted/draft mails sections, it also allow me to open folders......, I think it was a programme by Microsoft . I tried to search for this programme to download but to no avail, please help. THANKS.

I believe the icon is Microsoft Outlook application
It is a application for Windows user, and doesn't bundled with Windows. You need to pay for it. No free download i afraid.
You can install free email client, e.g. thunderbird in cyclone's posting.
