It really saddens me to hear of this news. Though we had our differences, he used to be a frequent contributor to the now defunct Wallstraits and also shared a lot of his knowledge selflessly.

I personally benefitted from his advice on not buying a car, and saved quite a ton of money in the process.

I will remember him as a man who stuck by his principles, even if they were not always popular.

R.I.P, Dennis.

This is really shocking. Feel so sad for him and his family. Speechless.
His contribution to financial knowledge has been enormous.

Oh MG, the then Wallstraits only 2 Great Sage, Mdm Lark and Dennis Ng had the most postings...
Life is short. though he had hit his million but no chance to spent.
The last time I saw him on TV, whole face with rashes tot he got chicken pork.

I like to read his postings, he is a pracitical person and street smart guy.

RIP.

His selfless sharing of his financial wisdom has benefitted many people. We never know when our life is up. It can be today. It can be any day tomorrow. Live life meaningfully in every moment because there is only one chance of living whether a short one or slightly longer one. One may think he is in control of life, but death proves us wrong as we are not in control and will never know when we leave this earth. Cherish every moment in living meaningfully.

This is a shocker. I was still thinking whether it was a sick joke.

I thought it was a joke too since I did not buy the paper.
But, I took a look at his FB and his forum and there was no update from him.
So, I suppose the report is real.

For the rest of us, health is inherently more important than $$$. Take care of your body so that you can enjoy what you are doing for as long as the body can last.
