I received the flyer in my mailbox yesterday. Average price said to be 8xx psf.

1 bedder from 4xx-6xx sqf. At 6xx it's not exactly mickey mouse. 2 bedders goes up to 10xx sqf I think.

If I'm not wrong the entire Flora Drive area are all 99yrs leasehold.

Ferreria Park is freehold. Dahlia Park is freehold too. Not all are leasehold. The older ones are freehold.

yes, the condo beginning with A, B, C, D, E are all freehold and i think they are developed by cdl. I own a unit at dahlia park.

Buying Interest is now shifting back to the central region! Koh Brother's Lumos shld be selling some units soon!

What are you talking about? lincoln suits is profitable in case you didnt realise Rolleyes

They increased the number of units in the development by downsizing the average unit size there while upping the selling price.

Land cost is 1280psf/ppr Rolleyes

kohbros is something like hotelroyal. immense potential waiting to be unlocked. when? no one knows. imho. in meantime get small coffee money for putting money there.
