In my posting,... the expression 'From the above' ties to an earlier paragraph of an earlier posting, on whose points I elaborated upon. For the avoidance of doubt, I attach below the said paragraph for readers' perusal in this thread :-

Any margin decrease however will be minimal as the price reduction is mainly due to reduction in our scope of integrating third party materials. This is further mitigated by our efforts to increase production activities in Penang. Our new cleanroom and new system integration team in Penang will be ready in 3Q2017 and we will benefit from the transfer of the system integration operation from Singapore to Penang to lower our operating costs.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Increasing production activities in Penang may require some regulatory approvals here and there, hence, having a man with a notary public status around (a dato' status), this process of application could be made smoother, with less hassles.

Following the bonus issue, the theoretical ex bonus price of UMS should be $1.07 divided by 1.25, correct?

When do we get the bonus shares?

1 bonus for each 4 shares own, only 20% share dilution, so is divide by 1.2.

This is how I estimate: 1.07*4 divide by 5 which is same as divided by 1.25.

The book closure date is already over right? So shouldn't the current share price be reflective of the diluted share price?

This only tells about the book closure date but not about the date of release of new shares.
