Fastest mover seems to be # 00778.HK Fortune Reit which has gained about $1 during past 4 weeks but I don't have this one.

is there dividend withholding tax for hk reits?

There is no withholding tax on dividends paid by shares with primary listing in HK . Not sure about Fortune Reit and Hui Xian ?
