I usually check the CDP account, as confirmation of acceptance. I have done so with all my previous GO offers. Once the acceptance is received, the shares will be transferred out, and payment will come later via CDP direct credit facility.

CDP did send me a confirmation letter several (can't recall exactly) working days after I have sent in my Acceptance Form.

IIRC, CDP confirmation that I received previously came quite late, after the offer closed. I always wonder what recourse I have if my acceptance for GO or Scrip dividends are not received. Fortunately so far Singpost has not failed me. Maybe should scan/snap a copy and send it IR at the same time.
SGX/CDP should implement online acceptance option for GO, Scrip Dividend etc. Shouldn't be that difficult.

this would be naked short. You will be fined by SGX and then sgx will buy from mkt on your behalf to cover this. If the mkt is suspended n no mkt to buy back, good luck to you. It will be at whatever price any seller wants to sell you.

Actually I think this is a really good idea either with CDP log-in or Singpass, but they have to allow agents like Boardroom to assess the submission data so that may be the regulatory issue

I sent out the acceptance yesterday. The next milestone for the GO, is to cross the compulsory acquisition level, i.e. 97.59%
(vested and submitted the acceptance)
