True words of wisdom.
No wonder he's the enlightened one, Dalai Lama.

This truly is a good quote! It is a paradox that the work of nations and businesses is to plan and work for the future success and survival. Yet as humans we will be much happier if we live for today and enjoy what we have.

So I guess a balance is in order. I am seriously considering a major lifestyle change within the next 2 years and immediately.

Immediately to take things easier and not be so hard on myself and people around me. Focus on what is important. Next 1-2 years, translate that into finding a new purpose for myself while doing succession planning.

1) Swakoo,

I copy paste your quote to Behappyalways' Buddhism thread. I think he will be happy.

2) Greypiggi,

Congrats and all the best. I am sure your successor will be glad to have the opportunity too Wink
I am quite impressed. Normally, it's hard to let go... Especially for 1st generation entrepreneurs Smile
