I did my research and would like to share with everyone here.
The RTO with Astaka padu seems to be the cause of the surge. I know Astaka Padu's Land banks are amazing and mostly are prime lands.
Based on what was written in this contract, read this link ---> http://goo.gl/OxGwnk , there is only 2 lands mentioned which i think there will be more to come soon once RTO is finalised.
I personally bought 100 lots at 0.22 , 0.27 and 0.34
If you google Dato Daing Malek , you will discover that he is actually the royal advisor of Johor and also the "Sand King" .
He is the person who supply sand for Singapore's Reclamation projects. Definitely a very powerful and influential person to take note.
I have made money and will intend to keep my shares till the RTO is complete (usually RTO process is 4-6months)
I strongly believe the shares have potential to hit $0.8 or maybe even $1.00 by then
Today closed at $0.34 , you guys should buy at least 10 lots to keep
