Using custodian to sell have the same effect, unless it is SBL
CDP still issues share certificate if you want. Our electronic centralised scheme is called immobilisation book entry system. CDP will not be responsible if u dont get your corp actions if u hold physical shares. Thats why the company secretary still have to consolidate the members' list and not just get electronic printout from CDP during AGM
