For this company, the performance has been so bad that changing to a s-chip maybe the saving grace.
The biggest blame lies with the management and board. they placed a bunch of ex-accenture partners as chairman and board members, most of which have no real entrepreneur experiences and worst, they are retired with their bank accounts full.

Pteris Global appoints new non-executive chairman

AIRPORT logistics systems provider Pteris Global on Wednesday announced the appointment of Li Yinhui, a 46-year-old Chinese national, as its non-executive chairman.
The company said the board had reviewed and considered Mr Li's experience before approving his appointment at an extraordinary general meeting held on July 23, where shareholders were voting on the firm's reverse takeover (RTO) with Shenzhen CIMC-Tianda Airport Support Ltd.
Mr Li replaces Lim Joo Boon, who has resigned as non-executive chairman with effect from the completion of the RTO. The reason for his departure has been listed as the "company has been making losses for two years".
