Noticed two different sells here in the last few pages.

one buddy said to sell when its PE reach a certain level, another buddy said wont sell until the fundamental changes.

Which is the "correct" sell for value investors?

btw, I am more from TA, and bought into this counter from last year, but feel comfortable to hold a value counter.
